Our clients range from manufacturing businesses to healthcare companies and private equity firms. We have supported our clients hiring for a wide range of roles from entry level professionals to C Suite Leaders and CEO Candidates. We use valid and reliable tools together with our extensive experience to help our clients gain deeper insights into the fit of their candidates and their hiring decisions.
Our goal with Grad Venture is to take the knowledge that we have learned from years of managing talent to support college students’ career decisions. Our tools and insights can help college students make decisions about their college majors and build a road map to start their careers and their next adventure in life!

Joan is Managing Partner of The Reiber Group. She has extensive experience in helping organizations manage their talent. Her consulting work focuses on leadership due diligence, talent management, and leadership assessment. She has worked with clients from many industries, including manufacturing, retail, automotive, chemical, financial, energy and healthcare. She has worked with executive teams from Fortune 100 multi-nationals, as well as with family-owned and managed companies.
Joan earned her doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University and earned B.A. from the University of Michigan. Her research has focused on employee development, career transition, and organization change issues.
Jessica is an Executive Consultant with Reiber Group, and helps her organizational and executive clients make better talent decisions. She has worked with leaders at all levels to improve individual and organizational performance using interventions that include 360-feedback, leadership development programs, talent assessment, job design and performance management. She's designed and facilitated training workshops for mid-size businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Jessica is a faculty member at Wayne State University in Detroit, where she earned her Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She also has a B.A. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. She is currently the President of Michigan Association for Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
